The Essential Abdominal Exercises
The abs area has always been a difficult one to lose fat from, and as a matter of fact, a fit waist is a very important thing when determining the attractiveness of one person. A lean abs means a sexy person. Doing the right abdominal exercises can make you look better, feel extraordinary and confident. If you want something that really gives results, you should try the following few exercises, which will define your abdominal area and will make you highly attractive. The workout planSo, get ready to build your workout plan. Get some comfy shoes and clothes, get a mattress and choose a quiet place in the comfort of your home. Then do some stretching exercises, so as to avoid getting injured. You must be aware of the fact that during abdominal exercises you can injure your back if you are not warmed up or if you do not perform the abdominal exercises the right way. After your warm up, start with laying down on your back and do some crunches, but not as you know them: keep your legs apart and push your arms between your legs. Next, try some reversed crunches- which you execute like this: lift both your legs up in the air and then drag them towards your upper body. Some right side crunches will also have to be performed and in case you don't know how these are done, do this: in the same position, but bend over your legs to the right and try to lift your upper body this way. The left side crunches will be the same as the previous exercise, but the legs will be bent on the left side. The aim of these right and left crunches is to exercise your oblique muscles and get rid of those love handles. Next, there is the right twist- left oblique abdominal exercises. Drive your upper body towards your right knee, which you lift at the same time. Go for left twist right oblique exercise also, which is just the same as the previous exercise, but using the antagonist knee. Stick to your abdominal exercisesThe basic idea to perform all these abdominal exercises is to know your limits. Don't exaggerate, do only some reps while you are a beginner. And increase the number of reps after you feel comfortable with this. If you want to do many reps from the beginning, you will experience severe muscle pain which will surely hinder you from getting on with your fitness program. So, take it easy, one step at a time and the results will appear in a couple of weeks. After a few of months of abdominal exercises, you'll be proud to have a fantastic waist.
